Orders take about 48hrs to process and 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep!

Custom built items will take longer than the lead time suggested.

Tracking numbers will be delivered to either via SMS or Email within the time frame we are processing your order.

We have a detailed showroom and large in stock catalogs. Depending on which wheels/products you want we do have partnerships and venders accounts with a large selection of popular brands. In some cases we don’t dictate how long your products are shipped to you. As soon as we have your info regarding your order you will be notified.

Return Policy

Any returns or cancellations, without the tires mounted on the rim will likely carry a 25% restocking fee. Once wheels/tires have been mounted on the vehicle we are not able to accept a return. If you have any concerns about fitment, simply share those concerns via email or with your individual wheel technician, before you place your order, and our experts will work with you to get a perfect fit. Due to the fact that we move quickly, it’s important to notify us immediately if you have concerns.

If for some reason you want to cancel your order. Make sure you notify us within 48 hours of signing just to ensure that we don’t send you the merchandise.

You are responsible for test fitting wheels before having tires mounted. Once tires have been mounted, we are unable to take them back even if there is a fitment problem. For package purchases, you are responsible for test fitting before driving on the wheels. Tires with mileage on them cannot be returned.

All suspension/accessory items being returned that are not warranty related CANNOT have been installed or attempted to be installed. If we receive a return that shows signs of installation we will not be able to accept the item and will have to return to sender with no credit being issued.

Always contact us with any issues or return questions, we will always work with a customer, however understand that most of our items are very expensive to ship so we must recover these costs, unless the mistake is ours. All refunded items must be approved prior to being returned. Please contact support@fitmentsolution.com for a return authorization for wheels and tires.  Refunds must be requested within 15 days of original receipt of merchandise. Once approved, all items must be returned within 14 days. Money will be refunded in the same manner in which the original payment was made. Once product is returned, please allow 14 days for receipt of funds.

Fitment is the responsibility of the Customer, don’t know? PLEASE ask.

With our massive online inventory of installed wheels/tires on vehicles we have empowered our customers to make the proper fitment decisions. You will see many of our customers go beyond the “conservative” fitment offered my manufacturers and “guaranteed” by our competitors. They are doing this by making modifications and trimming plastic and sometimes metal to make the wheel/tire combo fit.

For this reason, we fill the order as you have placed it with the assumption you will make the appropriate modifications to fit the wheel/tire combo.

When you provide the correct make, model, trim, and year information about the vehicle we do verify bolt pattern, TPMS sensors and lug nuts (these items we guarantee fitment).

If you have questions or do not know the proper fitment on lifted, leveled or even stock applications - One of our wheel technicians will help find a solution, we also provided the best recommendation for what should work. In some cases, minor trimming will be needed to accommodate oversized tires or wide / high negative offset wheels. Additionally, we cannot guarantee fitment on custom drilled wheels, but should the manufacturer make a mistake - we’ll help broker a solution. Some vehicles or applications may not apply. In those cases we’ll tell you before you purchase.

Do You Offer Financing?

Yes, we do, by partnering with Snap we now offer flexible payment options with annual interest rates ranging from 10-30%. Simply find the wheels/tires you’d like to purchase on our website and click Payments Options and you can apply directly with Snap. They are able to provide an approval decision within seconds and, if approved, will provide you with all the details you’ll need to decide if the loan is right for you. Once you accept the loan we’ll be able to get to work processing your order. Once approved by Snap we get your wheels and or tires headed your way, there is no delay related to financing! 

Most products will not require a signature unless we instruct the shipper to do so. If you have any special requests on shipments (I.e. hold at shipper/distributor location, require signature, etc.) note that this may add to your total. You will be contacted if total is increased due to special delivery requests.

Most of our vendors have their own policies which contains that orders lost/stolen or damaged products. Door thieves are thing in today’s society. We understand that. If you are victim of a door thief contact us immediately and file a local police report. As soon as you receive a copy of your police report send a picture of it to support@fitmentsolution.com.  If you’re doing a payment option, you will receive a welcome email from your respective lease-to-own company. Contact that company or your sales rep for a more thorough walk through on what to expect.

RETURNS:

  • Any returns or cancellations, without the tires mounted on the rim will likely carry a 25% restocking fee if approved.

  • Once wheels/tires have been mounted on the vehicle we are not able to accept a return
    (No exceptions).

  • You are responsible for test fitting wheels before having tires mounted. Once tires have been mounted, we are unable to take them back even if there is a fitment problem.

  • All suspension/accessory items being returned that are not warranty related CANNOT have been installed or attempted to be installed.

  • All refunded items must be approved prior to being returned.

  • Refunds must be requested within 15 days of original receipt of merchandise.

Shipping Damages:

  • Most of our vendors have a policy which contains that orders lost or damaged during transit will not be their responsibility. But we will try our best to come up with a solution if this ever does happen! Please contact your sales rep or our warranty department once you have noticed any damages, please contact us within 24 hours after packages have been confirmed they've been delivered. Any time passed 24 hours will not be accepted for shipping damages. Fitment Solution Wheels will ship out the new product once the damaged goods have arrived at our facility.

Received the wrong Merchandise?

  • Time Sensitive: Please contact us 48 hours within receiving the item (Delivery *There are NO RETURNS/No Exceptions on products, that have been customized to meet Customers Vehicle requirements (Custom drilling, Paint, Powder coat, Shaving, etc.)

  • Time Sensitive: You must contact us within 48 hours to report your dissatisfaction with the product to generate a resolution.

Manufacture Warranty:

Almost all new wheels/suspension/accessories are covered by manufacturer 1 year basic warranty. The basic manufacturer warranty covers materials and workmanship only. All wheels/suspension/accessories must be inspected by the manufacturer before a credit or replacement can be issued. In the case where your wheels are no longer available, we can only credit you for the one (1) wheel that has the defect but not the other three (3) non-defective wheels. The buyer is responsible for all return and replacement shipping charges. The seller or manufacturer is not responsible for your loss of time or money. Fitment Solution Wheels obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement under their respective manufacturer policies, no charge will be made out to you, excluding freight, if product is found to be defective.

This Warranty does not apply to:

  • Wheels that have been damaged in transit, by accident, misuse or negligence, or that have been repaired or altered.
